SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD (APC)
The Service Excellence Award or Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC) is an award given annually as recognition to the excellent services provided by UiTM staff within their departments.
The nomination process for APC is conducted by the Human Resource Development Panel or Panel Pembangunan Sumber Manusia (PPSM) headed by the head of department. For the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International), the committee is headed by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International). The nomination for APC is conducted via a meeting during the early months of the following year. The candidates are shortlisted based upon the marks received for their Annual Performance Evaluation Report or Laporan Nilaian Prestasi Tahunan (LNPT). The shortlist provided will be put under review by the panel and department heads are invited to make their justifications for their nominations. The panel will then decide on the recipients. Recipients would normally receive the award from the Vice Chancellor in a special ceremony held for all the departments organised by the Registrar’s Office.
Given the special situation that the University and the whole world is currently facing, APC 2020 was conducted online via Google Meet on the 3rd September 2021. The recipients of APC 2020 are as follows:
